We have a 30 day limited warranty that comes with all starter kits. We will replace batteries, atomizers, and chargers that have not been water damaged or have not been excessively crushed or dropped.

We do not replace or refund cartridges that have been opened.

Product Care

It is important to keep Liberty Stix away from extreme heat or cold, whether it be charging or not.

Discontinue use of battery if it is emitting an odor or shows signs of discoloration or deformation.

Please keep this product, and its charger out of the reach of small children.

Avoid dropping, knocking or collision of this product with the ground or any other rigid object.

Avoid water and use caution to shield the product from rain water if using Liberty Stix during Heavy Rain
